The Roosters Crow Cafe is a relatively new and growing business in a new and clean building. West windows feature some of the fourteeners of the Collegiate Peaks. Whether you plan to enjoy the mountains from these windows or choose to explore trails, we offer an extensive and creative menu for fueling you and your family for the events of the day. We provide traditional items in addition to a variety of omelettes, skillets, salads/wraps, burgers and sandwiches. The entire menu is served all day -- have a hamburger for breakfast or eggs for lunch. Our ample booths are often used for both dining and short business meetings since table tops are wide enough to spread out blue prints or numerous papers. If privacy is more of your style, we also have a meeting room that is available for free providing that those attending order meals.
